Biography
Chris, like so many of us, started running for the fun of it. "It is something I do that clears my head. It is like a reset button." Chris
entered the racing circuit about 3 years ago. "The first race I did was the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. I did (one) with my
Fathers' Weight Watchers group and after that joined Weight Watchers myself have lost and kept off over 30 pounds and I
never looked back." And that's not all that's dropping either. Chris continues to improve his race time, with his last 5k being his
best (27:57). He ran his first Half Marathon (Queens) in 2011, and his ultimate running goal is to run the ING New York City
Marathon. Keep on grinding out those miles, Chris. We'll be cheering you on at the finish line at Tavern on the Green very soon!
