Biography

The immortal Jack Berger. What can be said of our leader? He was with the club nearly since the day it was founded. We call Jack, "Uncle Jack" because after you see all of the races that he's been in, you just want to say "Uncle".He has run in more than 150 Half Marathons and probably more than 500 races. And those are just NYRR club races.

Jack has been trusted at the helm of the Presidency of the Club for over 10 years now.
